FLAX SEED

The flax seed is loaded with alpha-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid that helps reduce inflammation.

You can buy them bulk at most stores, but make sure you grind them in order to get the nutrients. You will notice your hair thicker and healthier, AND your skin looking younger.
