DAY 142- Healthier Eating Journal

BREAKFAST: Oatmeal w/fresh berries (no milk) 150

Snack: Apple (90)

LUNCH: Banana Split (what can I say…. Class parties) 250

Snack:1 cup of cereal at the drama cereal party (190)

Dinner: Homemade Enchilada (I have no idea) trial pack of sun dried tomato basil wheat thins (good but salty) 150


Total Calories Today- Don't know. Don't care.
