Now can I say I blogged?
If stress burns calories.... I should be a toothpick. That's all I got. Went to church. Went to Gma Shorty's. Ate too much there. Mom and I beat dad and the husband at Pinochle. Family council. Ate no-bakes.
Will write more tomorrow. Big interview tomorrow and long family day today. Talked out. Love my family.
BREAKFAST- Yogurt Parfait (160)
Snack: Fiber One Bar (90)
LUNCH/DINNER: Pork Roast (200) 2 cups of potatoes w/gravy (300), green beans, 2deviled egg s (120), homemade strawberry shortcake (250)
Snack: 2 no-bake cookies (300)
Total Calories= 1420-1500
Well I became a statistic this summer. Eating out too much has made me gain back some weight. The husband has spoiled me way too much and we've been eating out too much. I have done some things well this summer though. I have reconnected with cousins and other family members, spent time with friends, and made some trips that were enjoyable and relaxing. I have taken the time to smell the roses and see the sunrises. Now if I can just cut back on the sweets during all this happiness! :D
