I have to record my eating again. I'm far more accountable and careful when I record it. Also, please notice the pages I've added under the blog heading above. The topics are all relative to either health or basketball and have great info, so check them out by clicking above on a topic.
BREAKFAST- Frosted Mini-Wheats (230)
SNACK: Banana (80)
LUNCH: 1 cup of chicken noodle soup (160), 3 raw mini carrots, 2 bites of watermelon, key lime Fiber One yogurt (50)- Total lunch= 250
SNACK: Plum (30) and small bagel (110)
DINNER: 1 cup angel hair pasta (200), 1 hotdog (no bun) 120, 2 sm. corn on the cob (120), pumpkin pie (no shell) 120
Total Calories today= 1300
Well I became a statistic this summer. Eating out too much has made me gain back some weight. The husband has spoiled me way too much and we've been eating out too much. I have done some things well this summer though. I have reconnected with cousins and other family members, spent time with friends, and made some trips that were enjoyable and relaxing. I have taken the time to smell the roses and see the sunrises. Now if I can just cut back on the sweets during all this happiness! :D
